Sunrise SUP Sessions
Our sunrise SUP is our favourite time to paddle! We are on the water while its dark so that we can take in the sunrise from the sea, after enjoy a breakfast and coffee on the beach!
Every sunrise is different and amazing.
Safety is our number one priority! All of our instructors are qualified Beach Lifeguards and have decades of experience working in watersports centers. Summer Sup School is an accredited ASI school. We have our own strict guidelines when it comes to daily operations to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Every day starts at a different time based on the sunrise and time of year so please drop us a call prior to booking.

Thing to bring with you on your session :
- If you have your own wetsuit please bring it – if not we have plenty included in the price.
- Swim wear – because of our shallow water locations the water is beautiful and fresh! We sometimes recommend shorts and T shirt rather than a wetsuit on those warmer sunnier days.
- Sun cream – even on darker days you have the potential to burn when by the sea due to wind, salt and glare. Please put on a high factor sun cream at least 20 minutes before you arrive.
- Water – please hydrate before you arrive and feel free to bring a bottle of water on the water with you.

When you arrive:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before your session is due to start – We will have other people on the session so want to ensure you get your full time on the water so please arrive early.
- Parking is free, but as always hide any belongings in your boot –we can take your car keys but no valuables or clothing.
- Everyone must complete a lesson with and ASI school prior to renting a board – however the lessons are great. You are on the water for almost 2 hrs and learn so much faster. If you haven’t done a lesson we will know as its very obvious, so please do not be offended if we approach you and change you from a rental to a lesson. If this does happed you will be charged accordingly. At the beach.
- Rentals are in a designated area on the beach - this will be outlined to you before you start.
- Buoyancy aids are even and must be worn at all times
- Rental can only be used by the individuals who have signed our waiver
