1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, bookings, rentals, lessons, and activities provided by Summer SUP & Kayak, By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€).

VAT is not included unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.
3. Weather Cancellations

If we cancel an activity due to weather or safety conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Participation & Safety

Participation in water activities is at your own risk.

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety may be compromised.
6. Liability

Summer SUP & Kayak accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
